摘要
《素问·评热病论》载:"正气存内,邪不可干,邪之所凑,其气必虚。"这句经文高度概括了《黄帝内经》中正邪观的内涵。而"正气为本"作为治疗学和养生学的指导思想系统而丰富,贯穿于全书始终。《黄帝内经》中处处体现着保护正气的重要性。
It says in Chapter 33 in Plain Questions ： ＂When the healthy qi keeps itself inside the body,there is no way for the pathogenic qi to attack; For pathogens to encroach,qi must be dificient.＂ This statement summarized the essence of the relationship between the healthy qi and pathogenic qi.The Internal Classic takes healthy qi as the fundamental,whose content is very systematic and abundant throughout the book.This book fully embodies the importance of protecting the healthy qi.
