摘要
链传动采煤机工作时,经常发生失效的情况,主要是因为既要承受较大静,动载荷,还要承受冲击和循环负载作用。为了克服经常失效这一问题,利用ANSYS对不同工况下的链轮进行力学性能分析和探讨。分析结果显示位于链窝边沿区域是链轮等效最大应力发生处。其结论为进一步提高链轮传动的安全性和经济效益提供了理论依据。
When the chain drives the shearer , the failure occurs frequently, mainly because it is necessary to withstand the effects of a large static, dynamic load and the impact and cyclic loading, In order to overcome the problem of frequent failure, the mechanical properties of chain wheel under different working conditions are analyzed and discussed by using ANSYS. The re- sults show that the maximum equivalent stress of the sprocket is located at the edge of the chain nest. It provides a theoretical basis for ffurther improving the safety and economic benefit of sprocket transmission.
