摘要
对8%甲基二磺隆·氟唑磺隆可分散油悬浮剂中乳化剂、分散剂和增稠剂进行了筛选,验证了各种助剂在配方中的作用及对制剂性能的影响。确定了25%硝磺草酮·二氯吡啶酸可分散油悬浮剂的优化配方为:3%甲基二磺隆原药、5%氟唑磺隆酸原药、3%农乳500,8%HS-02,4%OP-7,2%Zephrym PD-2206,0.8%有机膨润土,1.5%气相法白炭黑,1%稳定剂,大豆油补足至100%。8%甲基二磺隆·氟唑磺隆可分散油悬浮剂的各项性能指标符合可分散油悬浮剂的要求,对小麦田杂草有较好的防效。
The roles of various adjuvants and their influences in mesosulfuron-methyl ＋ flucarbazone-sodium 8% OD were investigated by screening emulsifiers, dispersants and thickening agents. The optimum formula of mesosulfuron-methyl ＋ flucarbazone-sodium 8% OD was as follows： mesosulfuron-methyl 3%, flucarbazone-sodium 5%, 500# 3%, HS-02 8%, OP-7 4%, Zephrym PD-2206 2%, organic bentonite 0.8%, silica 1.5%, stabilizer 1%, and soybean oil making up to 100%. The results showed that mesosulfuron-methyl ＋ flucarbazone-sodium 8% OD met the requirements of OD, and had excellent control effect against weeds in wheat field.
