摘要
采用湿法超微粉碎工艺,对分散介质、乳化剂、润湿分散剂、增稠剂等进行筛选。确定24%螺螨磺酯可分散油悬浮剂(OD)的优化配方为24%螺螨磺酯、5%601#、7%T-80、5%SP-SC3、4%有机膨润土,油酸甲酯补足至100%。按优化配方配制的24%螺螨磺酯OD各项性能均符合可分散油悬浮剂的要求。田间药效试验结果显示,24%螺螨磺酯OD对柑橘红蜘蛛的防效高于对照药剂24%螺螨磺酯SC和24%螺螨酯SC,具有良好的开发和应用前景。
Spirodicl ofen sulfonester 24% OD was prepared by wet milling technology. By screening and optimizing disperse mediums, emulsifiers, wetting dispersants and thickeners, the optimum formula was determined as follows, spirodiclofen sulfonester 24%, 601# 5%, T-80 7%, SP-SC3 5%, organobentonite 4%, methyl oleate making up to 100%. Spirodiclofen sulfonester 24% OD had excellent physical and chemical properties, met the requirements of OD. Spirodiclofen sulfonester 24% OD showed higher control effect against Panonychus citri than spirodiclofen sulfonester 24% SC and spirodiclofen 24% SC under the same field conditions. Spirodiclofen sulfonester 24% OD had a good development and application prospect.
