摘要 针对张家峁选煤厂利用人工加药,造成加药量不均匀影响处理效率和药品的浪费等问题,根据煤泥水工艺流程和处理原理,设计出基于PLC的煤泥水处理自动加药控制系统的硬件和软件。实现了药剂的自动制备,并根据煤泥水的流量、浓度以及浓缩池的p H值等进行自动加药。提高了煤泥水的处理效率、减少药剂的浪费和减轻了劳动强度。 The problems such as the inhomogeneity of dosage use ,of artificial additive in Zhangjiamao coal preparation and the waste of agents are caused by the plant, according to the process flow and processing principle of coal slime water, the hardware and software of the automatic dosing control system for the coal slime water treatment are designed based on PLC. It is realized that the automatic dilution of agents and automatic dosing according to the coal slime water flow rate, concentration and pH value of concentration basin. The application of this system improves efficiency, reduces waste and reduces labor intensity.
