摘要
以Frontenac、北玫、玫瑰香和山葡萄4个酿酒葡萄品种为材料,在内蒙古高寒地区进行引种试验,并对酿制的葡萄酒质特性进行研究。结果表明:4种葡萄酿造的葡萄酒理化指标普遍较好。北玫和玫瑰香酒液酒香突出;山葡萄口味一般,味道偏酸;Frontenac酒色独特,香气特殊,符合高端葡萄酒酿制的基本要求,综合特性高于对照品种,其酿造葡萄酒具有潜力和优势,在内蒙古寒冷地区具有开发和推广前途。
Using Frontenac、Beimei、Muscat and vitis amurensis as material, introduction experiments were carried out in the alpine region of Inner Mongolia, and the wine quality characteristics were studied. The results showed that, the physical and chemical indexes of the wine made by the 4 kinds of grapes were generally good,especially beimei and muscat wine were outstanding.Vitis amurensis wine was general taste and sour.Frontenac wine aroma which meet the basic requirements of the premium end wine brewing,was special and better than the control.Frontenac wine had potential and advantages,and had a future development and promotion in the alpine region of Inner Mongolia.
