摘要
目的:研究细叶石仙桃的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱方法对细叶石仙桃进行分离纯化,并通过波谱方法及核对文献鉴定化合物结构。结果:从细叶石仙桃乙酸乙酯部位分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:methyl syringate(1)、isopimpinellin(2)、(24S)-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3)、香草醛(4)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(5)、欧前胡素(6)、bis(2-ethylhexyl)benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate(7)、dehydrovomifoliol(8)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从石仙桃属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Pholidota cantonensis herbs. Methods: Compounds were isolated through various chromatographic techniques and identified by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the literature. Results: Eight compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate extractand identified as methyl syringate( 1),isopimpinellin( 2),( 24 S)-stigmast-4-en-3-one( 3),vanillin( 4),dibutylphthalate( 5),imperation( 6),bis( 2-ethylhexyl) benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate( 7) and dehydrovomifoliol( 8).Conclusion: All the compounds are isolated from this genus for the first time.
