摘要
为研究微波法制备活性白土(activated bentonite,AB)对油溶性黄色素(oil-soluble yellow pigment,OSYP)的吸附行为,考察了活性白土投加量、吸附时间、吸附温度对色素去除率的影响,并对吸附行为进行了动力学模型、等温吸附模型以及热力学研究。结果表明:活性白土用量40 g/L、吸附时间40 min时对OSYP吸附效果较好。活性白土对OSYP的吸附行为符合拟二级动力学模型,Freundlich等温吸附方程更能描述吸附行为,该吸附是自发(ΔG<0)、吸热(ΔH>0)、熵增加(ΔS>0)的过程。
To study the adsorption behavior of activated bentonite (AB)prepared with microwave activation on oil soluble yellow pigment (OSYP), the impacts of the adsorbent concentration, contact time and contact temperature on the pigment removal were investigated and the kinetics, equilibrium isotherms and thermodynamic study were carried out. It is found that when the concentration of AB is 40 g/L and the contact time is 40 min AB could adsorb OSYP well. The adsorption process fits better with the pseudo-second-order model and the Freundlich isotherm equation. And the thermodynamic parameters indicated the adsorption is spontaneous ( △G 〈 0 ), endothermic ( △H 〉 0) and entropy increased ( △S 〉 0).
