摘要
以液压机榨大豆油为试验材料,讨论活性白土添加量、温度、时间对液压机榨大豆油降色率的影响。在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面设计法对液压机榨大豆油脱色工艺进行优化,得到液压机榨大豆油吸附降色最佳工艺条件为:降色剂用量为1.2 g/100 mL,降色温度93℃,时间23 min。在该条件下机榨大豆毛油降色率为75.42%,此条件下的大豆油油脂清澈透明,可达到三级大豆油标准。
With hydraulic press soybean oil as test materials, discuss the ellect of activated clay addmon amount, temperature and time on the hydraulic press for pressing the effect of soybean oil color reduction rate. Based on the response surface design method, the hydraulic machine pressed soybean oil decolorization process was optimized with single-factor test. Hydraulic machine pressed soybean oil adsorption reduction color optimum conditions were gotten: the amount of decolorising agent was 1.2 g/100 mL, reduction color temperature was 93 ~C, and time was 23 min. In the conditions of the machine pressed soybean crude oil color reduction rate was 75.42%. Under this condition, the soybean oil was clear and transparent; it can reach the level 3 soybean oil standard.
