摘要
安徽宿州是黄淮海高蛋白大豆传统种植区,也是豆制品最早的食用传统区域,近几年豆制品加工产业发展迅猛,但也存在一些显著的问题,如进口大豆原料价格的冲击、品牌混乱、产品单一、销售半径小、深加工缺乏等,特别是科研投入少,创新能力不足,严重影响了宿州市豆制品企业和产业的发展。就宿州市豆制品加工产业存在的问题进行分析,并提出相关参考建议,促进宿州市豆制品加工产业的快速发展。
Anhui Suzhou is the Huang-Huai-protein soybean traditional growing areas,but also the soy eating traditional area in thousands years,soybean processing industry is developing rapidly,but there are some significant problems,such as the impact of raw material prices of imported soybeans,brand confusion single product,sales radius is small,such as a lack of deep processing,especially less investment in research,lack of innovative capacity,seriously affected the development of business and industry in Suzhou soy. In this paper,the analysis on the above issues,make reference to recommendations to promote the rapid development of soybean processing industry in Suzhou area.
