摘要
实验室是企业生产过程中的重要环节,该文总结出了矿渣粉厂实验室的设计方法及流程。首先介绍了矿渣粉的优良性能及矿渣粉厂实验室建设的重要性;然后介绍了在设计矿渣粉厂实验室时应遵循的主要标准、实验室承担的检验项目与实验设备的确定、实验室组成与房间布置要求;最后从实验室管理及使用者角度出发,总结了实验室设计对公用设施的要求,并提出合理化建议。实践表明,该实验室的设计方法为实验室建设提供了很好的思路,可供矿渣粉厂实验室及类似实验室设计参考。
The laboratory is an important link in the production process of the enterprise. This paper summarizes the design method and process of the laboratory of slag powder factory. Firstly, it introduces the excellent performance s of slag powder and the importance of the construction of laboratory in slag powder plants. Then it analyzes the main technological design standards that should be followed in the design of slag powder plants, the choices of testing items and laboratory equipment, the composition and deploy of laboratory. Finally, from the perspective of laboratory management and users, summarizes the laboratory design requirements for pub- lic facilities, and put forward rational proposals. It provides a good idea for the construction of laboratory and a reference for designing slag powder laboratory and other related ones. Key words slag powder, laboratory, design, public facilities
