四磨汤治疗功能性消化不良的效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨四磨汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果及价值。方法:80例功能性消化不良患者,按照时间顺序分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组采用四磨汤治疗。对比两组的效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95%(38/40),对照组治疗总有效率为70%(28/40)。两组治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者腹痛腹胀、食欲不振、恶心呕吐、腹泻的平均消失时间分别为(2.8±0.5)、(3.1±0.4)、(2.9±0.7)、(2.5±0.4)d;对照组患者腹痛腹胀、食欲不振、恶心呕吐、腹泻的平均消失时间分别为(4.2±0.7)、(4.9±0.8)、(5.2±0.6)、(4.5±1.1)d。两组患者的临床症状消失时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为10%,观察组中未出现不良反应,两组不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对功能性消化不良患者采用四磨汤治疗,效果显著,安全性高,值得推广和应用。 objective to study the four grinding decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical effect and value. Methods 80 patients with functional dyspepsia, according to the time sequence is divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each.The control group using conventional western medicine therapy, observation group adopted four grinding decoction. Comparing the effect of the two groups. Results observation group treatment the total effective rate was 95%(38/40), control group total effective rate was 70%(28/40). The total effective rate for similar between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). Observation group of patients with abdominal pain abdominal distension, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, the average disappearing time of respectively(2.8±0.5),(3.1±0.4),(2.9±0.7),(2.5±0.4)d; Control group patients with abdominal pain abdominal distension, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, the average disappearing time of respectively(4.2 ±0.7),(4.9 ±0.8),(5.2 ±0.6),(4.5 ±1.1)d. Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms disappear time comparative difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 10% in the observation group no adverse reaction occurred, the incidence of adverse reactions similar between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion the adoption of four soup treatment in patients with functional dyspepsia, obvious effect, high safety, is worth popularization and application.
