摘要
目的探讨疏肝健消汤对功能性消化不良(FD)患者5-羟色胺(5-HT)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月某院72例FD患者,根据随机数字表分为两组,各36例。对照组给予多潘立酮治疗,观察组在此基础上增加疏肝健消汤治疗,均治疗4周。比较两组治疗前及治疗4周结束时血清5-HT、GAS、MTL水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗4周后,两组血清GAS、MTL、5-HT均较治疗前高,且观察组上述指标均高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(t=11.063、8.588、16.479,P均<0.001);治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率为8.33%(3/36),对照组为13.89%(5/36),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.141,P>0.05)。结论将疏肝健消汤用于FD患者临床治疗中的效果较为显著,能有效提升血清5-HT、GAS、MTL水平,且不会增加用药不良反应,安全且有效。
Objective To investigate the effects of Shugan Jianxiao decoction on the levels of 5-hydroxytryptophan(5-HT),gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)in functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods 72 patients with FD in a hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Domperidone,and the observation group was additively treated with Shugan Jianxiao decoction,both for 4 weeks.The levels of serum 5-HT,GAS,MTL and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and at the end of 4 weeks of treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the serum GAS,MTL and 5-HT in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistical significant difference(t=11.063,8.588,16.479,all P<0.001);during treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.33%(3/36),the control group was 13.89%(5/36),compared between the two groups,there was no statistical significant difference(χ2=0.141,P>0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jianxiao decoction has a significant effect in the clinical treatment of FD patients.It can effectively increase the levels of serum 5-HT,GAS and MTL without increasing adverse reactions,which is safe and effective.
