Investigation and analysis of disinfection quality in kindergartens in Luoyang in 2015

摘要 目的了解2015年洛阳市托幼机构的消毒工作质量,为进一步开展针对托幼机构的消毒技术指导工作提供科学依据。方法收集2015年洛阳市各地区代表性托幼机构的消毒质量监测资料,并对其数据进行整理分析。结果共监测洛阳市的5个区,涵盖托幼机构142家,共采样2 865份,有2 783份合格,合格率为97.14%。其中瀍河区、西工区、老城区、涧西区和洛龙区各区的样品合格率分别为87.50%、85.42%、97.25%、93.72%和99.12%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=134.23,P<0.01),其中洛龙区高于其他4个区;消毒剂、物体表面、营养员手、空气、餐茶具、玩具和紫外线灯的合格率分别为100.00%、98.93%、74.14%、86.00%、99.00%、94.81%和73.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=331.70,P<0.01),其中消毒剂合格率最高。结论洛阳市托幼机构的总体消毒质量较高,但仍有隐患,各相关部门应加强合作,加强开展有针对性的培训和监督工作,以提高托幼机构的消毒质量,保证其环境卫生安全。 Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in kindergartens in Luoyang,2015 so as to provide scientific basis for further developing technical guidance to kindergartens. Methods Monitoring data of the disinfection quality in representative kindergartens in Luoyang were collected in 2015 for analysis. Results 142 kindergartens were chosen for monitoring from 5 districts of Luoyang city,and 2 865 samples were collected,among which 2 783 cases were qualified,with the total eligible rate of 97. 14%. The eligible rate of the 5 districts( Chanhe,Xigong,Old city,Jianxi and Luolong) were 87. 50%,85. 42%,97. 25%,93. 72% and 99. 12%,respectively. The differences were statistically significant( χ2= 134. 23,P 0. 01). The eligible rate of Luolong district was higher than that of other 4 districts; the eligible rates of disinfectant,surfaces of objects,hands of staffs,indoor air,utensils,UV intensity were 100. 00%,98. 93%,74. 14%,86. 00%,99. 00%,94. 81%and 73. 00%. There was statistical significance in the differences( χ2= 331. 70,P 0. 01). The eligible rate of disinfectant was the highest. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection of kindergartens in Luoyang is good,but there are also concerns.Training and supervision for the kindergartens should be strengthened,in order to ensure the disinfection effect of kindergartens.
