摘要
目的了解江山市托幼机构消毒卫生状况,为开展技术指导提供科学依据。方法根据《浙江省托幼机构消毒工作技术规范》,对室内空气、物体表面、工作人员手、餐饮具、使用中消毒剂消毒效果,以及紫外线灯管辐射强度进行监测。结果室内空气合格率均为86.36%;物体表面合格率为88.38%;工作人员手合格率为90.91%;餐饮具合格率为96.21%;使用中消毒剂合格率为94.24%;紫外线灯合格率为78.79%。不同区域、性质、规模的幼儿园合格率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论江山市托幼机构消毒效果总体较好,但是托幼机构室内空气和紫外线灯管辐射强度合格率较低,建议相关部门应加强消毒监测与管理工作,提高消毒质量,保障幼儿健康。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of kindergartens in Jiangshan,so as to provide scientific basis for guiding disinfection. Methods According to Zhejiang Province Nurseries Disinfection Technical Specifications,indoor air,object surface,staff hand,tableware,disinfection efficacy of disinfectant in use,and radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamp tube were monitored. Results The pass rates of indoor air,object surface,staff hand,tableware,disinfection efficacy of disinfectant in use,ultraviolet lamp tube were 86. 36%,88. 38%,90. 91%,96. 21%,94. 24%,78. 79%. The differences are statistically significant in the qualified rate of kindergartens in different regions,nature and scale（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The disinfection effect of kindergartens in Jiangshan is good. However,the qualified rate of indoor air and ultraviolet light tube radiation intensity are relatively low. It is suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen the monitoring and management of disinfection,improve the quality of disinfection and ensure the health of children.
