摘要
目的:探讨用无线平板探测器对患者进行床旁DR检查的临床价值。方法:将2016年6月26日至2016年7月10日南京医科大学第一附属医院收治的需进行床旁DR检查的618例患者根据使用平板探测器的不同分为无线组与有线组。为无线组患者采用无线平板探测器进行床旁DR检查,为有线组患者采用有线平板探测器进行床旁DR检查。统计为两组患者拍摄DR片的质量及对其进行床旁DR检查所用的时间。结果:为无线组患者拍摄DR片的甲级片率为66.7%,为有线组患者拍摄DR片的甲级片率为53.6%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.13,v=1,p<0.005)。与有线组患者相比,对无线组患者进行床旁DR检查时连接系统的平均时间短2 min,为其摆位曝光的平均时间短1 min,进行检查的总用时平均短3 min。结论:采用无线平板探测器对患者进行床旁DR检查可大幅度提高摄片的质量,缩短检查的时间。
Objective To explore clinical value Analysis of Wireless Flat Panel Detector in Radiography at Bedside. Methods A total of 618 cases in June 26 th 2016 to July 10 th 2017 were perfomed radiography at bedside.All the cases were divided into two groups according different Detector be used.The first group of 280 cases were perfomed with wireless flat-panel detector and the other group of 338 cases were performed with cable flat panel detector.Then compare image quality and average performing time.Results The first film rate of the group with wireless flat panel was 66.7%, the first film rate of the group with cable flat panel was 53.6%, and the difference was statistically significant,(χ~2=11.13, v =1,p 0.005).Compare with the second group, average spending time of connecting system of the wireless flat is about 2 minutes shorter than that of the cable flat panel, the spending time of position verification and exposure is about 1 minutes shorter than that of the cable flat panel, the average performing time of the wireless flat panel is about 3 minutes shorter than that of the cable flat panel. Conclusion The wireless flat panel system can improve the image quality and save the time of the performing.
