摘要
目的:研究慢性脑供血不足患者采用葛酮通络胶囊进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2015年3月-2017年3月在我院接受药物治疗的90例慢性脑供血不足疾病患者,以随机分组的方式分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组45例。对照组采用常规输液改善循环;治疗组在对照组的基础上采用葛酮通络胶囊进行治疗。对比2组患者在用药前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分和心理状态评分的改善幅度、慢性脑供血不足药物治疗总有效率、用药总时间、药物不良反应、对脑供血不足临床治疗方案和所达到的治疗效果的满意度。结果;治疗组患者在用药前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分和心理状态评分的改善幅度大于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);慢性脑供血不足药物治疗总有效率为88.9%,高于对照组的66.7%,组间差异显著(P<0.05);用药总时间短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组用药期间不良反应发生率为2.2%,少于对照组的15.6%,组间差异显著(P<0.05);对脑供血不足临床治疗方案和所达到的治疗效果的满意度为93.3%,对照组为77.8%,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:慢性脑供血不足患者采用葛酮通络胶囊进行治疗,可以有效改善睡眠,缩短用药时间,提高治疗总有效率。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of Puerarin Tongluo Capsule in patients with chronic cerebral blood supply deficiency. Methods： 90 cases of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with an average of 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine infusion to improve the circulation,and the treatment group was treated with Ge ketone Tongluo Capsule on the basis of the control group. Comparing the two groups of patients before and after treatment in Pittsburgh sleep quality index score and mental state score improvement rate,chronic cerebral insufficiency drugs in the treatment of the total efficiency,medication time,adverse drug reaction,the clinical treatment of cerebral insufficiency and the treatment effect of satisfaction.Results： The patients in the treatment group before and after the treatment in Pittsburgh improved sleep quality index score and psychological score higher than the control group,the difference was significant（ P〈 0. 05）; lack of drugs in the treatment of chronic cerebral circulation total effective rate was 88. 9%,higher than 66. 7% in the control group,significant difference between groups（ P〈 0. 05）; treatment time is shorter than the control group,the difference was significant（ P〈 0. 05）; the treatment group. The adverse reactions during the occurrence rate is 2. 2%,less than 15. 6% of the control group,significant difference between groups（ P〈 0. 05）; the effect of treatment of clinical treatment for cerebral insufficiency and achieve satisfaction was 93. 3%,the control group was 77. 8% the data,significant differences between groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The use of Ge Tongluo Capsule for the patients with chronic cerebral blood supply deficiency can effectively improve sleep,shorten the time of drug use and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
