摘要
为可持续开发利用银川平原地下水资源,综合考虑银川平原水文地质、环境地质条件,地下水系统边界性质、水资源开发利用现状及与其相关的生态、地质环境问题,选取16个评价指标,构建银川平原地下水功能评价指标体系,并将银川平原地下水系统划分为12个地下水功能评价区;利用ArcGIS空间分析技术和层次分析法对银川平原地下水资源功能、生态功能和地质环境功能进行评价,之后对银川平原地下水进行功能综合评价。结果显示,银川平原地下水资源可持续性较强区、一般区、较弱区与弱区的面积分别为62.38,4 876.9,1 596.34,552.9 km^2,占研究区总面积的0.88%,68.8%,22.52%,7.8%;研究区地下水资源形势较为严峻,为确保地下水的可持续开发利用,应制定合理的开采方案,控制开采量,避免过度开采。
In order to realize sustainable development and utilization of groundwater resource in Yinchuan plain, on the basis of the hydrogeology and environmental geology conditions, groundwater system boundary properties, water resources development and utilization status and its related ecological and geological problems, 16 evaluation indices were selected to construct the groundwater function evaluation index system. Firstly, the groundwater system of Yinchuan plain was divided into 12 zones. Then using Arc GIS spatial analysis technique and analytic hierarchy process evaluate the function of groundwater resource, ecological, and geological environment. Finally, comprehensive assessment of the groundwater in Yinchuan plain was executed based on the above evaluate results. The comprehensive assessment showed that groundwater sustainability can be divided into strong, ordinary, relatively weak and weak, covering an area of 62.38, 4 876.9, 1 596.33, 552.9 km^2, respectively, and accounting for 0.88%, 68.8%, 22.52% and 7.8% of the total study area. The present situation of groundwater resources in the study area is very poor. So, reasonable mining plan including controlling the exploitation and defending overexploitation should be developed to ensure the sustainable development and utilization of groundwater.
