新型南方水田喷杆喷雾机液压系统的设计与分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统自走式喷杆喷雾机机械传动结构自质量较大,在南方水田中作业时易发生下陷、打滑等问题,设计了一种基于HST全液压驱动技术传动系统方案,并在AMESim软件中仿真分析该液压系统。结果表明,与传统机械传动系统相比,本方案简化了底盘及整机结构,提高了自走式喷雾机适应南方水田的能力;仿真液压主泵的稳定输出流量为78.8 L/min,负载稳定转速与负载转矩分别为33.2 r/min、772.6 N·m;传动系统传动稳定,响应快速,能较好地适应南方水田作业的要求。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional self-propelled sprayer adopted the heavier mechanical transmission and the subsidence and slipping were caused in the paddy field in the south,a transmission system based on the hydrostatic static transmission( HST) hydraulic drive technology was designed. In the AMESim software,the simulation of the hydraulic system was analyzed. Compared with the traditional mechanical transmission,this scheme simplified the chassis and the whole structure,and improved the self-propelled sprayer ability to adapt to the southern paddy field. The stable output flow simulation of hydraulic pump was 78. 8 L/min. The load stable speed and load torque were 33. 2 r/min and 772. 6 N·m,respectively. The transmission system has stable transmission and quick response. It can meet the requirements of paddy field operation in the south.
