收割机中新型HST优化设计及试验 被引量:3

摘要 针对西南丘陵地区对收获机械要求小巧灵活,而传统的分离式无级变速结构较大的特点,改进设计了集成式静液压传动系统(Hydraulic Static Transmission,HST),利用Pro/E完成了具体零件的设计和复杂的三维结构总装。为适用高度集成化新型HST要求整机及相关零部件尺寸小巧紧凑的特点,以行走部分中齿轮系统中心距之和最小为优化目标,建立了齿轮传动的优化模型,通过求解得到优化设计的较优参数。下田试验表明该HST动力输出平稳、转向灵活、制动可靠,能够满足小型收割机的要求。 As small and flexible mechanical harvester is required in southwest hilly,and the traditional separated-HST(Hydraulic Static Transmission) structure characteristics is large. So, the improved integrated-HST has been designed. The PRO/E was used to establish 3D parts and assembly model based on virtual prototyping technology. In order to adapt the whole and partial size compact characteristics in highly integrated new HST,Selecting the minimum gear system center distance as the optimization target, the optimization model of gear transmission was established. By solving it,the optimization results are obtained. The field test has proven that the HST power output stable,flexible steering,braking reliable,can meet the requirements of small harvester.
