摘要
文章以习近平教育思想为指引,结合地方高校实际,以面向区域发展角度,从产业链与专业集群,应用导向的人才培养模式创新,"双师双能型"教师队伍建设,校企合作、产教融合等方面,对地方高校转型发展的关键要素、实现路径和主要任务进行了系统论述。
With Xi Jinping’ s Education Theory as guidance, it is discussed to consider the local university 5 s reality and develop a talent training model with mdustry chain a d profession groups. The key elements for the transformation are the teaching team （ bi- teach-ing and bi- competence） , school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education.
