摘要
中石油云南石化有限公司硫磺回收装置规模为300 kt/a,按照2×120 kt/a及2×60 kt/a 4个系列的方案设计,溶剂再生、尾气焚烧和烟囱等按照共用一套的方案设计。克劳斯(CLAUS)尾气处理单元采用还原吸收法,引进部分采用还原吸收(RAR)工艺,国产部分采用节能型硫磺回收尾气处理(LQSR)工艺。液硫脱气引进部分采用BP AMOCO脱气工艺,国产部分采用加压空气汽提工艺。尾气吸收脱硫溶剂选用浓度45%的进口高效脱硫溶剂,再生后的贫液冷却至37℃进吸收塔,进塔尾气通过急冷塔冷却至36℃,使尾气焚烧排空烟气(以标准状态计)中二氧化硫(SO_2)质量浓度小于100 mg/m^3。
The 300 kt/yr sulfur recovery unit in CNPC Yunnan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd was of four-train design of 2 × 120 kt/a and 2 × 60 kt/a. The solvent regeneration,tail gas incineration and flue gas stack was of single train design. The energy-saving LQSR process was applied for Clause tail gas treatment. In the Clause tail gas treatment unit( domestic part),the reduction absorption process( RAR) was applied. The RAR process was selected for imported port and LQSR process was applied for domestic part. In addition,BP Amoco process was selected for liquid sulfur degassing for imported part,and pressurized air stripping process was adopted for domestic part. The imported desulfurization solvent of 45% concentration was used for tail gas absorption desulfurization. The lean liquid after regeneration was sent to absorber after being cooled down to 37 ℃. The tail gas to the tower was cooled down to 36 ℃ in the quench tower and burned out the SO_2 to lower than 100 mg/m^3.
