摘要
随着我国铜冶炼技术不断的完善,使我国的铜冶炼行业得到了更好的发展。目前,在铜冶炼行业中使用比较多的是闪速炉铜冶炼技术,很多工厂为了提高工艺的水平、减少成本、保证生产,在冶金计算模型相关技术上投入了大量的财力和人力,这对铜冶炼控制系统的建设具有很大的帮助。对铜冶炼生产中利用冶金物理化学机理研究进行分析,实现铜冶炼制造生产中的在线智能控制技术。
With the continuous improvement of copper smelting technology in China,the copper smelting industry in China has been better development. At present,the copper smelting industry in the use keeps more than the flash furnace copper smelting technology. Many factories are carried on to improve the level of technology,to reduce costs or to ensure production. In the metallurgical calculation model related technology,we have invested a lot of financial resources and manpower,which is a help for the copper smelting control system in construction. This paper will analyze the mechanism of metallurgical physical chemistry in copper smelting production. It realizes on-line intelligent control technology in the production of copper smelting.
