摘要
提升机是矿山重要设备,为满足其高可靠性、高安全性要求,应建立以网络为连接纽带的多PLC冗余控制系统,用于完成提升机行程控制、逻辑操作和故障保护、液压制动控制以及装卸载自动控制等。以西门子S7-300 PLC为基础,构建了经济高效的MPI网络,实现了多个PLC站点之间全局数据传输,有效节约了硬件接线,减少了系统维护量,提高了矿井提升系统的稳定性和运行效率。
Hoist is a very important mining equipment, in order to meet high reliability, high security requirements, we should build more redundant control system based on the network, used to complete the travel control,logic operation and fault protection, hydraulic brake control and outfit uninstall automatic control and so on of hoist. This article build the economic and efficient MPI network based on the Siemens $7-300 PLC to realize global data transmission between several PLC site, save hardware connection, reduce system maintenance and improve stability and operation efficiency of system.
