摘要
为了在加快研发速度前提下,减少物理实测,以降低研发成本,本文首先通过PRO/E建立根据经验设计出的离心泵的三维模型,然后通过CFD商业软件FLUENT对其流场进行数值模拟,并获得流场的压力和速度分布数据,最后利用仿真结果估算出其扬程,实测表明这一方式可以满足工业化的设计要求。
In order to speed up the research and development of products and to control costs,we have to reduce physical experiments and replace them with simulation.Firstly,a three-dimensional model of the centrifugal pump is established by Pro/E,which is a centrifugal pump designed according to experience. Secondly,FLUENT about the CFD commercial software is used to simulate its flow field. Thirdly,the pressure and velocity of the flow field are obtained.Finally,the simulation results are used to estimate the lift. The actual measurement shows that this method can meet the design requirements of industrialization.
