摘要
针对会计职业的特点,对高职会计教育的教师教学要求,在满足一般教学的前提下,提出了高职会计教师应具备的一些实际教学执行能力和相关知识素养,同时探讨了目前会计老师的一些共同知、能"缺陷",在满足高职和会计职业的实际需求情况下,笔者提出了个人改进看法,希望与同行共同探讨提高。
According to the characteristics of the accounting major,in perspective of teaching requirements for higher vocational accounting education teachers,on the premise of meeting the general teaching needs,the thesis puts forward that teachers should possess certain practical teaching executive competence and relevant academic knowledge.Meanwhile,it discusses the current accounting teacher's"defect",the author puts forward certain improvements to meet the requirements of higher vocational accounting major as well as in a professional case.
