摘要
目的探讨责任个体化护理模式在降低体检中心院内感染率的应用效果。方法 2014年1月—2016年1月选择在北京中医医院顺义医院体检中心进行健康体检的人员1 300例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各650例,对照组在体检期间给予常规护理,观察组在体检期间给予责任个体化护理。比较两组体检期间的医院感染发生情况。结果观察组体检期间的手卫生合格、医疗废物处理合格、医疗用具专用等比率都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组体检期间的医院感染发生率分别为0.3%和4.9%,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的体检满意度为99.4%,明显高于对照组的89.2%(P<0.05)。结论责任个体化护理模式在体检中心的应用能提高医护人员的感染控制措施执行率,从而减少院内感染率,提升服务质量及满意度,具有很好的应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effects of individualized nursing model in reducing the infection rate in the Medical Center.Methods From January 2014 to January 2016 in Shunyi hospital of Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital medical center,1300 cases for health examination were selected and divided into observation group and control group(65 cases per group)by random number table method,with the control group being given routine nursing during the health examination,and the observation group being added with the individualized nursing mode during the physical examination.The incidence of in-hospital infection in two groups was compared.Results The hand hygiene,qualified medical waste treatment,medical appliance special geometric rates in the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group during examination(P< 0.05).The physical examination satisfaction in the observation group and the control group were 99.4%and 89.2%respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing mode in reducing the infection rate in the medical center can improve medical staff infection control measures implementation rate,thereby reduce the rate of hospital infection and improve the service quality and satisfaction,which has very good application values.
