摘要
目的分析大批量健康体检中的不同护理管理工作效果。方法该医院在2014年5月进行1 200人大批量健康体检中采用抽签法将人群分为两组,每组600人,一组为观察组,一组为对照组,对观察组进行人性化的护理管理工作,对对照组进行常规的护理管理工作,比较两组在体检时间、体检可信度、体检效率和体检满意度等方面的效果差异,对比观察组和对照组护理人员在体检过程中表现的不同,护理人员在体检过程中的表现主要为服务态度、配合程度、责任意识、工作能力等方面。结果经过对两组的体检效果进行对比,发现观察组的体检效果要好,在体检花费的时间、体检结果的可信度、体检效率和体检满意度上都优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且观察组的医护人员在体检中的服务态度、配合程度、责任意识、工作能力均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在大批量健康体检中采用人性化的护理管理,能够有效的提高体检效率,具有积极的运用价值,值得各大医院推广采用。
Objective To analyze the mass health examination in different nursing effect. Methods A hospital randomly divided in-to two groups group in 1 200 NPC mass health examination in May 2014, each group of 600 people, one group for the observation group, a control group, nursing care of humanity on the observation group, the control group was given routine nursing, the differ-ence between the two groups in the examination time physical examination, physical examination, physical examination efficiency and reliability of satisfaction and other aspects of the effect, compared with the observation group and the control group of nursing staff in the examination process, the nursing staff in the examination process for the performance of the service attitude, the degree of cooperation, responsibility awareness, work ability etc. Results After the examination of the two groups was compared, it is dis-covered that the examination effect of the observation group, in the examination of time, reliability, efficiency and satisfaction on medical examination were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the observation group of the medical staff in the medical service attitude, cooperation the degree of responsibility, work ability were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humanized nursing work in mass health examination, can effectively improve the efficiency of the physical examination, with the value of a positive, worthy of the promotion of the use of hospital.
