摘要
通过对"华龙一号"核电站汽水分离再热器(MSR)管子管板封口焊工艺的研究,介绍了不锈钢换热管与管板堆焊层的焊接特点和工艺试验过程。管子管板封口焊采用全位置无填充焊丝的自动钨极氩弧焊及优化后的焊接程序,很大程度地提高了焊接效率,同时节约了人力资源成本和设备折旧成本,试验结果均符合评定要求。
In this paper, the tube to tubesheet welding technology is studied for the Moisture Separator and Reheater( MSR) of "HuaLong One" nuclear power stations, also the welding characteristic and procedure process of stainless steel tube and tube sheet surfacing layer are introduced. Tube to tubesheet welding adopts the all position automatic tungsten electrode argon arc welding without filler wire and optimized welding procedure, which enhances the welding efficiency greatly, and the cost of human resource and equipment depreciation are saved at the same time, eventually the test results meet the test requirments.
