摘要
车体结构的屈曲分析是验证轨道交通车辆的重要指标之一。以某城市轨道交通车辆的不锈钢车体钢结构为例,基于美国相关标准与文献,论述车体结构的屈曲分析过程,同时阐述基于美国标准的屈曲分析方法,展示车体结构的屈曲分析在产品研发过程中的应用。分析结果可为轨道交通车辆进入美国市场提供参考依据。
Buckling analysis of carbody structure is one of the important indicators to verify the rail transit vehicle. In this paper,a stainless steel subway carbody is taken as an example,the buckling analysis process and method based on relevant American standards and literature is conducted,and American buckling analysis of carbody structure is introduced,which shows the application of buckling analysis in product development process. This research provides an important theoretical basis for rail transit vehicles made in China for the American market.
