摘要
对电机通风板的冲裁工艺进行分析,对于冲槽模中的通风槽的槽口开裂、槽口不平、槽数不够等问题展开论述,提出改良设计方案的方法,对模具结构设计等进行论述。认为在模具冲模工艺以及关键零件的设计优化上应采用有效的方法进行改进,能够为类似零件的模具设计提供参考。
This paper analyzes the blanking process of ventilation plate of the motor, for the problem of notch crack, the ventilation slot slot module in the slot slot number is not enough, not discussed, proposed improved design scheme, the design of die structure and so on are discussed. It is considered that an effective method should be adopted to improve the die design and the design optimization of key parts. It can provide reference for the mold design of similar parts.
