摘要
为了提高风力发电机的工作效率和运行可靠性,减少齿轮箱、减小尺寸和重量,采用了分数槽绕组和增加极数的设计方案。通过分析对比和优化设计,提出了每极每相槽数q=8/7,极数84和槽数为288的设计方案,并经过容量为2.0MW真机的验证试验,证明了所具有的优越性能,达到了预期要求。
In order to improve the working efficiency and operation reliability of wind gen- erators, decrease gearboxes and reduce the size and weight, the design scheme of adopting frac- tional-slot windings and increasing number of poles is given. Through comparison analysis and optimization design, the design scheme that number of slots per pole per phase q = 8/7, number of poles = 84 and number of slots = 288 is put forward. Through validation test of a 2. OMW generator, it is proved that the generator has the superior performance and has achieved the ex- pected requirements.
