某化肥厂由于生产能力提高,包装生产线和巡检路线上经常出现尿素粉尘超标现象。将超声波除粉尘技术应用该装置中,有效地防止了尿素粉尘在除尘器集尘箱内壁的粘附,减少了员工清理集尘箱内尿素粉尘的工作量,有效地避免了清理过程中产生的二次污染。
The production capacity of a chemical fertilizer plant increased, so the phenomenon of urea dust exceeding standardfrequently happened on the production line and inspection route. Application of ultrasonic dust removing technology in this planteffectively prevented urea dust from sticking to the internal wall of the dust box of the dust remover, decreased the workload of thestaff in cleaning the urea dust in the dust box, and effectively prevented the generation of secondary pollution during cleaningprocess.
