摘要
聚四氟乙烯材料被广泛应用于食品接触制品作为不粘涂层,其安全性是消费者密切关注的问题。运用RAC工具和模糊层次分析法对对食品接触制品聚四氟乙烯涂层进行风险评估,结果表明:聚四氟乙烯作为涂层如使用不当就会构成消费者健康风险,应规范聚四氟乙烯涂层在食具中的使用,建议开发新型环保涂层作为替代品。
Teflon is widely used in food contact products as nonstick coating,and the safety of these coatings is a matter that consumers pay close attention to. The risk assessment of polytetrafluoroethylene coating for food contact products was carried out by using RAC and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the results show that the PTFE as a coating if use improperly will constitute consumer health risks,the use of PTFE coatings on the tableware should be standardized,it is proposed to develop new environmentally friendly coatings as substitutes.
