摘要
以STC15F2K60S2单片机作为控制芯片,运用视日运动轨迹追踪与光电追踪模式相结合的方法,设计了一套太阳能双轴自动跟踪控制系统。在阴天系统运行视日运动轨迹追踪模式,通过获取DS1302时钟芯片的日历数据,通过相应的算法计算这段时间的方位角和太阳高度角,单片机通过软件控制步进电机进行相应的角度的调整;在晴天系统运行光电追踪模式,通过4个光敏电阻采集的光强信号转换为电压信号来识别方位,驱动步进电机进行两个维度的角度转动,从而实现了太阳能的双轴自动跟踪。
In this paper,a solar bi-axial automatic tracking control system is designed using STC15F2K60S2 single-chip micro-computer as the control chip,with the method of sun-path tracking mode in combination with the photoelectric tracking mode. Inthe overcast system,the visible sun's motion path tracking mode is operated,and by obtaining the calendar data of the DS1302clock chip,the solar azimuth angle and the solar altitude angle in this period are calculated by the corresponding algorithm. Thesingle-chip microcomputer controls the stepping motor by software to adjust the angle. The photoelectric tracking mode is operated inthe sunny day system. The light intensity signals collected by four photosensitive resistors are converted into voltage signals to identifythe azimuth and drive the stepper motor to rotate at two dimensions. Thus,the bi-axial automatic tracking of solar energy is real-ized.
