摘要
目的:对比Super Bond超级粘结剂与纤维夹板在牙周炎下颌前牙固定中的使用方便性和固定可靠性。方法:选择因牙周炎进行下颌前牙(松动≥Ⅱ°)粘结固定的患者35名,其中纤维夹板固定18例、Super Bond超级粘结剂固定21例,固定后即刻评价两种固定方式的临床操作时间和患者主观满意度;并于固定后6个月复查,评价固定效果。结果:Super Bond超级粘结剂和纤维夹板临床操作时间(min)分别为2.9±0.7、5.2±0.9(P<0.05)。患者对两种固定物美观性满意度均为100%;对Super Bond超级粘结剂和纤维夹板的舒适满意度分别为100%和27.8%(P<0.05)。Super Bond超级粘结剂组和纤维夹板组的固定物折断分别有1例(4.8%)和8例(44.4%),折断部位散在且多发。结论:Super Bond超级粘结剂用于牙周炎下颌前牙固定较纤维夹板具有方便、舒适等优点,且固定效果良好。
AIM: To compare the effects of Super Bond C&B binder with fibrous splint in the fixation of mandibular anterior teeth with periodontitis. METHODS: 35 patients with mandibular anterior teeth mobility of Ⅱ°or greater than Ⅱ° were included. The mandibular anterior teeth in 18 cases were fixed with fibrous splint,in 21 cases with Super Bond G&B( 4 patients were treated with the former fixation method,and the latter method was used after failure). The fixation was completed under simple isolation of moisure and kept for 6 months. The clinical operation time,subjective satisfaction and the failure of fixation were compared between the 2 groups. RESULTS: The clinical operation time of Super Bond C&B binder and fibrous splint were( 2. 9 + 0. 7) min and( 5. 2 + 0. 9) min respectively( P < 0. 05). All patients in the 2 groups were satisfied with the beauty of the 2 kinds of fixation. The satisfaction about comfort in Super Bond C&B binder group and fiber splint group was 100% and 27. 8% respectively( P < 0. 05).Breakage was observed in 1 cases of Super Bond C&B binder group( 4. 8%) and in 8 cases of fiber splint( 44. 4%)( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION: Super Bond C&B binder is more effective than fiber splint in the fixation of mandibular anterior teeth with periodontitis.
