超前探水注浆堵水技术在竖井施工中的运用与改进 被引量:7

摘要 云南楚雄矿冶有限公司牟定郝家河铜矿主、副井工程,两井全深处于多个连通性极强的强含水层中,最大涌水量分别达146m3/h和160m3/h,该项目因受水患影响工程曾一度停工近一年,原施工单位被迫退场。我公司于2011年10月应邀承接后续井筒工程施工,通过对井筒水文地质条件的深入了解和分析,结合以往多个水大矿井治水经验,制定了适应该矿井含水岩层构造特点的治水方案,经过严密组织实施,使超前探水注浆堵水技术在深竖井工程施工中得以成功运用,从而消除了井筒水患影响,确保了工程的正常快速推进。 Yunnan Chuxiong Mining Co. My company in October 2011 to undertake follow-up shaft engineering construction, through in-depth understanding and analysis of the wellbore hydrogeological conditions, combined with a number of previous water mine experience, develop suitable to flood control scheme of mine water rock structural characteristics, through rigorous organization and implementation, to advance water probing grouting technology can be successful used in the deep shaft construction, thus eliminating the influence of wellbore flood engineering, ensure the normal rapid advance.
