炭质泥岩隧道洞顶地表裂隙披露及注浆加固 被引量:1

摘要 炭质泥岩自身强度低、扰动后强度低、变形大,属于典型的软岩,在炭质泥岩地层中施工隧道需格外注意软岩大变形、不均匀沉降、地层开裂等不良工程地质现象,确保施工安全。以其古顶隧道为例,通过数值模拟结合实际监测结果,研究洞顶地表裂隙注浆的作用机理。结合开挖浆脉的情况,分析了洞顶地表裂隙注浆加固作用的影响因素。通过对隧道洞顶地表裂隙披露并进行注浆加固,使开挖轮廓线外一定范围的围岩形成固结圈,有效控制了围岩变形,达到提高隧道围岩稳定性目的,减少施工扰动。注浆效果受到岩层密实性、岩层特性等制约。施工中通过在隧道洞顶进行劈裂注浆,达到了加固软岩地层、提升地层稳定性的目的。 Carbonaceous mudstone has low strength,low strength after disturbance,and large deformation.It is a kind of typical soft rock.The construction of tunnels in carbonaceous mudstone stratum requires special attention to bad engineering geological phenomena such as large deformation of soft rock,uneven settlement,and stratum cracking to ensure construction safety.Taking the ancient roof tunnel as an example,the mechanism of grouting for the surface cracks on the roof of the cave has been studied through numerical simulation combined with actual monitoring results.Being combined with the excavation of the grout veins,the influencing factors of the grouting reinforcement of the surface cracks on the roof of the cave have been analyzed.Through the disclosure of the surface cracks on the roof of the tunnel and grouting reinforcement,the surrounding rock in a certain range outside the excavation outline forms a consolidation ring,effectively controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock,achieving the purpose of improving the stability of the tunnel surrounding rock and reducing construction disturbance.The grouting effect is restricted by the compactness of the rock formation and the characteristics of the rock formation.During the construction,split grouting is carried out through the roof of the tunnel to achieve the purpose of strengthening the soft rock stratum and improving stability of the stratum.
