摘要
目的探讨老年白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼采用三联手术方式治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法选取我院老年白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为2组,对照组行白内障小切口囊外摘除术,试验组行白内障小切口囊外摘除术+人工晶状体植入术+青光眼滤过术。对比2组患者治疗前后的视力、眼压等相关情况。结果试验组中有92.0%的患者症状得到了显著改善,效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三联手术治疗后,试验组患者的视力、眼压及前房深度等指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障小切口囊外摘除术、人工晶状体植入术联合青光眼滤过术治疗老年白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼的效果显著,且术后并发症低,安全性高,建议临床推广使用。
Objective for elderly cataract patients with acute angle closure glaucoma patients,to investigate the triple surgery on clinical efficacy and safety of patients.Methods senile cataract patients with acute angle closure glaucoma patients as the research object,according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups before and after treatment in patients with contrast visual acuity,intraocular pressure related.Results the triple surgery after treatment,the experimental group,92% of patients were significantly improved,better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;three joint surgery after treatment,patients in the experimental group the visual acuity,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth The index was better than the control group,and the diffe rences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion small incision extracapsular cataract extraction,intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy for cataract and senile patients with acute angle closure glaucoma has obvious curative effect,low postoperative complications and high safety,and it is recommended for clinical use.
