摘要
在构建DEA-Tobit两阶段模型的基础上,选取2012-2015年29家旅游类上市公司进行实证分析。结果发现总体上我国旅游类上市公司的技术效率低下但呈缓慢上升趋势;不同子类别的旅游类上市公司技术效率存在差异,由高到低依次为综合类、景区类、住宿类和餐饮类;股权集中度与上市公司的技术效率呈显著倒U型关系,员工素质、资产负债率和企业规模对技术效率具有显著影响,总资产周转率与技术效率呈非显著正相关,最后结合实际情况提出优化我国旅游类上市公司技术效率的参考思路。
Currently, tourism has become an important consumption - side in the economic and society development. The status of tourism industry has been improved constantly in the national strategic system. For promoting the operating condition of tourist enterprises, it is important to have a study on the technical efficiency. Based on the DEA - Tobit two - stage model, this paper conducts an empirical analysis on 29 listed tourism companies selected from 2012 to 2015. It turns out that Chinese listed tourism companies＇ technology is generally of low - efficiency, but with slowly rising tendency. Al- so, technical differences found in different subclass companies classify enterprises into four types, from top to bottom are relatively integration, scenery, accommodation and catering. The relation between concentration ratio of shares and tech- nical efficiency is inverted U - shape. It is found factors like employee＇ s quality, asset - liability ratio and the scale of enterprises have significant effects on technical efficiency. In addition, there is a non- significantly positive correlation between the rate of total capital turnover and technical efficiency. In the end, some reference strategies about optimizing technical efficiency of listed tourism companies have been promoted based on practical situation.
