磁共振T1ρ成像定量分析体重对膝关节软骨退变的影响 被引量:6

The influence of body weight on articular cartilage degeneration using quantitative analysis of T1ρ imaging

摘要 目的探讨磁共振T1ρ成像评价体重对软骨退变影响的价值。方法按WHO体重指数BMI分组,A偏轻(BMI<18.5)、B正常(18.5~24.9)、C肥胖(BMI≥25)。年龄40~50岁;无手术外伤及免疫性关节炎家族史;WOMAC骨关节炎指数<80,每组20位患者行常规膝关节MR序列及T1ρ扫描,观察、测量股骨内外髁负重区及非负重区、胫骨内外平台、髌软骨7处兴趣区的色阶图像及平均T1ρ值并进行统计学分析,评估体重对膝关节软骨退变的影响。结果27例膝关节出现软骨损伤(A组4例、B组10例、C组13例);19例位于股骨内外髁负重区(A组2例、B组6例、C组11例)。体重偏轻组与正常组各兴趣区T1ρ值在股骨外侧非负重区、胫骨外侧平台与髌后软骨三处兴趣区无统计学差异(P>0.05)其余兴趣区均有统计学差异(P<0.05);体重正常组与肥胖组髌软骨兴趣区T1ρ值无统计学差异(P>0.05),其余感兴趣区均有统计学差异;体重偏轻组与肥胖组各兴趣区T1ρ值均有统计学差异(P<0.05);股骨内外侧髁负重区T1ρ值高于非负重区(P<0.05)。结论磁共振T1ρ成像通过对色阶图像的观察及平均T1ρ值的测量可定量分析体重对膝盖软骨退变的影响。
