为加强公司资产运营管控和决策能力,陕西电力公司以资产全寿命周期管理体系为基础,以实物ID为核心关联贯通业务编码,综合运用"大云物移"新技术手段,创新管理理念,打通资产管理断、乱、散的业务瓶颈,激活资产信息全维度收集、全过程追踪、全方位共享的体制机制,推动公司业务发展,提高公司效率与效益,同时为国家电网建设提供有效的支撑。
In order to strengthen the assets operation management and decision-making ability of company, Shaanxi power company takes the life cycle asset management system as a base, using the object ID as the core to link up business encoding, using ＂ Big data, Cloud platform, Internet of things, Mobile applications＂ new technology to innovate management concept, gets through ＂opened＂, ＂muddledness＂, ＂scattered＂ business bottlenecks in asset management, builds up the system mechanism of full dimension collection, whole process tracking and all-around sharing of asset information. The proposed system mechanism can improve the company＇s efficiency and effectiveness, and provide effective support for the national power grid construction.
