摘要
当今大部分高职学生对自我的职业认知和自身规划不足,在毕业选择期时处于纠结和茫然状态。通过分析高职职业教育的本质、高职学生职业发展所面临的问题及高职学生职业心理特点,设计了高职学生职业生涯规划的主题,理顺高职学生职业生涯规划的工作思路,根据学生心理的不同阶段,来制定阶段性教育目标。并有针对性、系统、规范地进行学生在校期间的职业生涯规划创新设计研究,分阶段、分层次进行就业指导,让学生在职业生涯教育指导过程中逐渐发现职业兴趣,发挥职业特长,在未来的职业发展中展现个人价值。
Owing to the insufficient career cognition and self planning, most students in higher vocational colleges are in a state of perplexity in their graduation choice period. Through the analysis of the nature of higher vocational education, problems in higher vocational students＇ career development and vocational students＇ professional psychological characteristics, it designs the theme of higher vocational students＇ career planning, straightens out the working ideas of higher vocational students＇ career planning. According to the different stages of students＇ psychology, it sets phased education goals. It carries out the career planning innovative design and employment guidance in different stages, lets students find their own career interest in the process of education, give play to professional expertise, and realize the individual value in the future career development.
