摘要
芳纶纤维是一种高性能人造纤维,因其独特的高强度、高模量、耐高温等性能在各个工业、高科技领域具有广阔应用。目前,我国芳纶产业取得了长足的发展,但与国际一流企业仍有一定距离,产品的质量和产能都有待提高。我国芳纶产品应用市场主要集中在较低端的市场,究其原因是缺少适合的功能化改性方法。本文总结了芳纶的发展、结构与性能的关系、不同的纺丝工艺以及相对应的应用领域。在此基础上,综述了近些年芳纶纤维功能化研究进展,通过对其结构与性能关系的探讨,希望有助于研究者对其进行功能化改性,满足不同应用领域需求,并对其功能化研究的发展前景进行了展望。
Aramid fiber is a kind of man-made fiber with high performance, which makes it has a wide range of applications in various industries, high-tech field because of its unique high strength, high modulus, high temperature and so on. At present, Chinese aramid industry has made great progress, but compared with the world first class enterprises, Chinese products need to improve in quality and production. Chinars aramid product application market mainly concentrates on the lower market, because it lacks the suitable functional modification method. This paper summarizes the development of aramid fiber, the relationship between structure and property, different spinning processes and the relevant applicable areas. On the basis of this, the paper reviews the research progress of functior^alization of aramid fiber in recent years. Through its understanding of the relationship between structure and performance, it will help more researchers to carry out functional modification research to meet the needs of different applicable areas. Finally, the paper prospects the future of its functional research.
