摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染与2型糖尿病(T2DM)之间的关系。方法以2012-2016年间郑州市第六人民医院体检的120例人群为研究对象,对其进行人口学特征、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMR-IR)等生化代谢指标进行横断面分析。通过13C呼气试验诊断是否感染H.pylori,分为H.pylori感染组与H.pylori阴性组,分析H.pylori感染与T2DM之间的关系。结果 H.pylori感染组较H.pylori阴性组T2DM患病率增高(χ2=5.068,P<0.05),H.pylori感染组中血清胰岛素、HOMR-IR均高于H.pylori阴性组(P均<0.05)。结论人群中H.pylori感染者较H.pylori阴性者T2DM患病率增高。Hp感染可加重胰岛素抵抗,促进2型糖尿病的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between H.pylori infection and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods One hundred and twenty eases of physical examination population in the Six Hospital of Zhengzhou from 2012 to 2016 were collected. They were divided into group A （with H.pylori infection） and group B （without H.pylori infection） by Carbon 13 urea breath test, through the analysis of the two groups of fasting blood glucose and other differences, to explore the relationship between H.pylori infection and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results The T2DM rate in HP- positive group was significantly higher than that in the without H.pylori infection people. InHp-positivegroup, seruminsulin （χ2=4.05,P〈0.05）, HOMR-IR werehigherthaninHp-negativegroup （P〈0.05）. Conclusions HP can significantly increase the incidence of T2DM rates.EradicatingHpcanimprovetheoccurrenceanddevelopmentof type 2 diabetes mellitus.
