摘要
长洲水电厂水轮发电机组未配置滑环室碳粉收集装置,滑环室碳刷磨损后产生的碳粉使得机组励磁存在滑环温度高、碳粉多的危害。论述了碳粉收集及滑环室通风改造的设计及改造效果,探讨了改造后仍存在的问题,并提出了再优化碳粉收集及滑环室通风的建议。
Carbon dust collector was not designed originally in the generator slip ring chamber of Changzhou Hydropower Plant. The dust resulted from carbon brush abrasion may lead to high temperature of excitation slip ring and too much carbon dust. The author presented the addition of carbon dust collector, the modification of slip ring chamber ventilation system and the effects. The author also discussed the problem still existing after the modification and gave suggestions for further optimization.
