摘要
利用活性污泥中的微生物对煤进行降解,初步探究微生物降解煤的最佳条件.通过对煤渣进行电镜分析,对上清液进行元素分析,初步确定活性污泥中存在能够降解煤的微生物.同时设计三因素(培养温度、pH和煤预处理方法)两水平的正交实验优化影响微生物活性的条件.实验结果表明,培养温度为35℃、pH为8和煤样未经处理时,微生物能够维持较长的降解时间.本文研究结果为利用活性污泥微生物降解煤的进一步研究奠定了基础.
Using microorganism from activated sludge to degrade coal,and investigating preliminarily the best conditions for microbial degradation of coal. Though scanning electron microscope image of coal cinder and elemental analysis of culture supernate,determining primarily microbe from activated sludge can degrade coal under the oxygen-resistant condition.Meanwhile,by three factors(culture temperature,pH and coal pretreatment method)of exercise at two levels orthogonal design improving factors that influencing activity of microorganisms. The results show that microorganisms can maintain the longest time of coal-biodegradation while temperature of 35℃、pH for 8 and raw coal samples. Above research results laid laid the foundation for the further study of the microbial degradation of coal under the oxygen-resistant conditions.
