摘要
目的:分析古代医家运用百会穴治疗癫痫的用穴规律和治疗方法,为百会穴治疗癫痫的临床应用提供文献依据。方法:运用《中华医典》以"百会"作为检索词,检索出百会穴主治病证的相关文献条文,按照文献的纳入、排除标准进行筛选,制成原始数据库进行统计学处理与分析。结果:有明确治疗癫痫疾病的条文105条,其中单穴51条,配穴54条;明清时期使用百会穴治疗癫痫较前期明显增多共计87条;在治疗方法的选用上采用灸法治疗66条,针刺13条,针灸结合8条,刺血疗法2条,无明确治疗方法 16条。结论:百会穴具有明确治疗癫痫的作用,使用频率逐年递增,配穴略高于单穴,在治疗方法上以艾灸单穴为主,并结合其他疗法。
Objective： Analysis the rules and treatment methods of using Baihui point of ancient physicians in the treatment of epilepsy,in order to provide literature basis for clinical application of Baihui point in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods： Using Chinese medical Classics,＂Baihui＂as key words,we searched the related articles of Baihui acupoint,according to the inclusion of the literature and the exclusion criteria for screening,and made the original database,finally use Microsoft Excel for statistical analysis. Results： There are 105 articles with definite treatment of epilepsy diseases,including 51 single points and 54 points with matching points; During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the use of Baihui acupuncture treatment of epilepsy significantly increased compared with the previous period 3. In the selection of treatment methods,the use of moxibustion therapy 66,acupuncture 13,acupuncture combined with 8,pricking blood therapy 2,there is no clear treatment of 16. Conclusion： Baihui acupoints have a difinite function in the treatment of epilepsy,the frequency of use increases year by year,slightly higher than the single point with the points. In the treatment methods,the moxibustion of single points are combined with other therapies.
