摘要
根据互感原理设计并搭建了一套非接触式的位移监测装置,通过差动变压器的形式进行装置搭建,根据位移检测模块将位移量转换为电压输出,利用整流滤波模块、信号放大模块对位移进行转化,最终控制单片机将位移输出显示。之后针对单片机读数以及位移量进行了数据测试,测量结果显示误差范围符合大学物理实验的要求,证明了该装置具有良好的精确度。该装置可应用到对植物的生长状况检测以及物体质量等的监测中,说明该研究具有很好的实用性。
According to the principle of mutual inductance,we design and build a displacement monitoring device which is non-contacted.We build it in the form of the differential transformer displacement conversion device,use the displacement detection module to transfer displacement to voltage output,shift the displacement by the rectifier filter module and the signal amplification module,and finally output the displacement by controlling the singlechip.The data was tested for the microcontroller readings and the displacement,which shows that the error range is in accordance with the requirements of college physics experiment,and proves that the device has a good accuracy.This device can be applied to the monitoring of plant growth status and the object quality,which shows that this research has a good practicability.
