摘要
对三相电磁互感型、两相电磁互感型传感器的感应机理进行了探讨,揭示了应用这2种传感器进行测量的实质,开发了一种新型两相非等极电磁互感型传感器,以用于角度测量.对3种传感器进行了比较,结果表明,该位移传感器可大大减弱刻线误差和绕线误差对感应电势的影响.
The inductive mechanism of three-phase and two-phase electromagnetic mutual induction sensor is discussed deeply, reveals the essence of the measurement with the two sensors, develops a novel sensor of two-phase inequality pole electromagnetic mutual induction for angle measurement, and compares the three kinds of sensors.
